I want to have a custom cover made which type of fabrics’ work best? I have worked with all kinds of different fabrics.... Silk, chenille, fleece (blanket & standard), cotton, pre-quilted, upholstery, faux fur, vintage quilt tops. I would recommend using a 100% cotton fabric.

What age can I using a shopping cart cover with my child?
When you can hold your baby upright and not have to support its head. You can usually start using your cover around 6 to 8 months, depending on your baby.

How long does it take you to make my order?
Approximately 10 to 14 business days.

How long does shipping usually take?
Once I have made your cover, it usually only takes 4-5 days for it to arrive as I ship USPS priority mail.

I am ordering the cover as a gift, can/will you include a personal note from me? Absolutely! Just email me and let me know what you would like the note to say.

Are there any days of the year that you do not ship? Yes, We ship through the United States Post office and when they are closed we cannot ship.

I have my hands full with twins are your covers easy to use?
Yes. I have twins too and designed the covers with fast and easy one hand application. They are made with an adjustable elastic casing so they go on and off shopping carts, high chairs and swings quickly.

Do all your covers come with pockets or toy loops?
Yes. They come with a pocket, two toy loops and bottle holder. You can add extra toy loops and make the cover reversible too.

What are the features of your reversible shopping cart covers?
The reversible shopping cart covers feature a main fabric on one side and a snack pocket, bottle holder, and two toy loops. The reverse side is a matching solid fabric and features a snack pocket and two toy loops.

Is the shopping cart cover machine washable?
Yes. Wash it in cold-water/with like colors. Tumble Dry. The batting is sewn into the cover, so you won’t have to worry about shifting after it’s washed.

Where are your shopping cart covers made?
Our covers are proudly made in the USA! All by Stay-at-home moms seamstresses. Unlike other companies that use textile manufacturers in El Salvador, Taiwan, China, etc…. With little or no quality control. My “craftmomship” will make the difference between a bargain cover that you can use for a few months and a quality cover that many of your children will be able to use.

USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service. (priority mail is available in USA only)

Does your shopping cart cover also cover the front handrail?
Yes, unlike some of the other shopping cart covers on the market that just drapes over the shopping cart. Our cover has an elastic casing that goes all the way around the shopping cart and the front of the cart’s handle.

Can I select the solid fabric for the back of the shopping cart cover and how do I select it?
Yes you can choose the solid fabric from any of the fabrics listed on the solid fabric page. Which ever solid fabric you choose for the back will also be the fabric for the pocket, toy loops and bottle holder. You can select this fabric when ordering from the order now page by typing it into the box after the main fabric selection, by adding a note with your order or by sending an email after your order.

I read that the Ultimate set comes with a monogrammed tote bag but I would rather have the pocket monogrammed can I do that?
Absolutely! We are happy to monogram the tote bag, the cover pocket or the pillow. The set comes standard with the tote bag monogrammed as many people want to be able to use the shopping cart cover for several children. Please be sure to email us so we know you want the pocket monogrammed instead of the tote bag.

Why do I need a reversible cover?
Reversible covers are great! If your baby has a leaky diaper, spills drink/food or just needs a change of scenery. Instead of cutting your shopping trip early to go home and clean up. All you have to do is flip the cover over and you have a whole new surface for the baby to sit on and a pocket and toy loops to play with.

Are ALL of the covers handmade?
Yes. All of the covers are proudly Mom-made Wylie, TX, USA.

Does your shopping cart cover the whole seating area?
Yes. As you can see in the photos, the back, sides and front of the seating area are covered so your baby cannot put their mouths on the filthy carts.

Can your bottle holders be made to fit Advent bottles?
Absolutely!

I love the embroidered pockets will my order take longer to ship if I have it monogrammed? No not at all. I do all of the monogramming myself it is not sent out to a third party.

Are your covers padded?
Yes all the covers come standard with a layer of 100% Premium quality polyester washable non-allergenic batting sewn in to prevent shifting when you wash it. If you want to have more or less padding we can accommodate your request.

I found a fabric that I love on your site. Do I need to email you first to check availability? You are welcome to email me with any questions you may have, however, if a fabric is listed on my site it means that I have that fabric in stock. I only list fabrics that I already own.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day refund policy on standard shopping cart covers. The item must be mailed back new unused condition. Due to the personalized nature of double, toddler car seat covers, nap mats, custom orders and any/all monogrammed orders, these items are non returnable and non refundable. Standard covers are defined as: covers that you did not make any changes to what would normally come with a cover. Any additions to the covers including any specific solid fabric color requests are considered as special orders.

I need the shopping cart fast for a baby shower, do you keep them in stock and how soon can I get it?
I keep several covers in stock for “expedited” service. You can order any of the covers from the ready to ship page If there is a fabric that you like not listed on the ready to ship page, please contact me.

Does your cover fit the Costco double-seater carts?
Yes. The standard cover will fit the seat but only have two leg holes for a cover with 4 legholes, please purchase our Double Cover.

Can I use the shopping cart cover public restaurant highchairs?
Yes, I have heard from mom’s that they use their cover some weeks more in restaurants more than in shopping carts. The covers also work great in swings at the park and public strollers.
